Do you know a young teenager who's starting copying the makeup she sees on TikTok or Instagram....and its way too heavy and orange?
I'm now offering young teenager makeup lessons to girls up to the age of 16 in the Leighton Buzzard area. I teach them the basics of makeup so they can learn to apply it confidently but still look age appropriate!
At the teen makeup lesson I will also talk to them about looking after their skin - how to cleanse, moisturise and protect it and what skincare they can use.
Being a teenager can be tricky and many girls suffer from low self esteem. As a mum to teenage girls myself I know that wearing the right makeup and feeling pretty can make a big difference to a girl's confidence.
I will take the mystery out of the makeup world and teach girls which are the correct products for their skintype and skintone and how to apply those products like a pro! A makeup lesson will also save a fortune in the long run as they'll be no more bad makeup purchases.
When teaching young teenagers makeup lessons, I use drugstore priced brands so the girls I'm teaching can afford to buy the products with their pocket money and find all products on the high street.
A lesson takes roughly 1½ hours. I teach lessons at my makeup studio in Leighton Buzzard, Bedfordshire.
If a girl would like a lesson with her friends, I offer group makeup lessons too.

We recently visited Juliet for a teen makeup lesson for my 12 year old daughter who is starting to get into makeup. Juliet was so nice and patient with my daughter and showed her how to do a beautiful makeup look to enhance her features rather than make her look like someone completely different. She gave my daughter the confidence to apply her makeup correctly and showed her how to remove it properly without using harsh chemicals. I really liked that Juliet did one side of my daughter’s face and then my daughter got to do the other side of her face, that’s much better than Juliet telling her what to do while she does it, my daughter got to be hands on and received some great tips.
One of the major reasons I chose Juliet is that she uses high street brands rather than expensive designer make up, makes it so much more affordable to kit my daughter out in everything she has been taught to use with Juliet, a shopping trip is a great way to finish off our lesson so my daughter can practice at home. Juliet also sent us a list of everything she used and instructions on what she did which I found invaluable because it’s impossible to remember everything in the room.
Really impressed with our lesson and will definitely be returning for my own lesson! Thank you Juliet. 100% definitely recommend.
